Neben ihrer breiten Anwendung in der Nuklearmedizin gewinnen Radionuklidgeneratoren zunehmend auch für die verfahrensctechnische Forsehung Bedeutung. Es konnte gezeigt warden, daß die Generatorsysteme 99Mo/99mTe und 113Sn/113mI für zahlreiche Untersuchungen von Transportund Mischvorgängen in technischen Anlagen genutzt warden könnea [1, 2].

Der Radionuklidgenerator 110Ba/110La hat für den Einsatz in der Technik günstigere Eigenschaftcn als die für die Nuklearmedizin entwickelten Generatoren. Insbesondere für die Untersuchung der Materialtransportvorgänge in Polykondensationsreaktoren der Chemiefaserindustrie hat sich ein Lanthan-140-Generator gut bewährt, der mit Tributylphosphat (gesättigt mit 13 N HN03) als Elutionsmittel arbeitet [3, 4].  相似文献

A modified method for preparing 99mTc-FHMA for pulmonary studies is elabrated. It includes a new antioxidant sodium metabisulphite. The optimum conditions for the reparation are given. A series of 3-substituted pyridazino[3′,4′:3,4]pyrazolo[5,1-c]-1,2,4-triazens have been synthesized starting from the 3-carboxylic acid derivative 2. The reaction of the acid chloride 3 with amines gave the corresponding anilides 4. The reaction of 2 with ethyl chloroformate and sodium azide in the presence of triethyl amine gave the carbonyl azide 5, which underwent a Curtius rearrangement in boiling ethanol to afford the carbamate 6, which converted to the 3-amino derivative 7 upon alkaline hydrolysis, and the reaction with acid chloride resulted in N-substituted products 9. On other hand, the reaction of the carboxylic acid 2 with POCl3 and thiosemicarbazide afforded 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivative 13. The condensation of 13 with aldehydes furnished 14 in a good yield. The products were screened for their antimicrobial activity against six microorganisms.  相似文献

A modified electrode was prepared using electrodeposition methods to immobilize caffeic acid (CAF) onto the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to create a polymer suitable for biosensor development. The polymer film coverage of the surface bound species was further optimized using electrodeposition methods, thus increasing the surface coverage to ca. 10?9 mol cm?2. Using cyclic voltammetry, the modified carbon electrode was used to facilitate and observe the electrocatalytic oxidation of coenzymes such as NADH, cysteine, and glutathione at different concentrations. A calibration curve was determined in each case within the concentration range; 300 nM to 10 mM, with the limits of detection (LOD) of 246 µM, 99 µM, 2.2 µM for NADH, cysteine, and glutathione respectively.  相似文献

A label-free DNA-based electrochemical biosensor owning high sensitivity and selectivity has been established for detecting bisphenol A in a wide range of applications. Coupling the high electrochemical performance of graphene oxide-thionine-Au nanomaterial with the specific binding capacity of the aptamers to BPA, the monitoring of trace amount of BPA was realized, the detection limit was 3.3 pg ⋅ mL−1 with strong anti-interference. Besides, using molecular docking, it was found that BPA binds to the bases DC-49, DC-51, DG-52, DG-53 and DA-63 on the aptamer via hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions. Finally, the biosensor had been successfully applied in different real samples.  相似文献

The ac conductivity of three fluorides of A2MII+ MIII + F9 type, Sr2NiAlF9, Sr2ZnGaF9 and Ba2MnCrF9, between 293 and 773K, has been analyzed within a combined complex impedance and modulus formalism. The antiferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition of Sr2ZnGaF9 has been characterized. A hopping mechanism for charge carriers is suggested for the three materials; their electrical performance are relatively weak. Sr2NiAlF9 and Sr2ZnGaF9 can be considered as ionic conductors of the F- ion. On the contrary, the conductivity in Ba2MnCrF9 is rather of an electronic nature.  相似文献

The relationships among tissue edema, lactate accumulation, and intracellular pH in middle cerebral artery (MCA)-occluded rats were investigated with multiecho 1H magnetic resonance imaging and spatially resolved metabolic images constructed by 1H and 31P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) chemical shift imaging (CSI). For the effective and sensitive detection of NMR signals from the brain, outer volume suppression (OVS), reduced k-space sampling and proton irradiation were incorporated into the CSI sequences. The consecutive three measurements of calculated T2 image, lactate image, and pH image which were required for 3.75 h were repeated for four cycles of 1–16 h after MCA occlusion. Tissue edema and lactate accumulation in the infarcted region were gradually and consistently increased during the 15-h observation period. In contrast, severe acidosis was already detected on the first pH image (2–4.7 h after MCA occlusion); thereafter, the degree of acidosis became milder and showed no further progression. The dissociation between the time courses of the lactate accumulation and pH decrease was clearly demonstrated by the NMR metabolic images. Acid-base balance in cerebral infarction might be affected not only by lactate production but also by complicated interactions with tissue edema and some other factors.  相似文献

The introduction of UV-Vis absorption spectrophotometry to the study of radiation chemistry of polymers has opened the possibility to investigate even very opaque samples. The virgin powder polypropylene, as obtained from the industrial production line, shows after irradiation unstable products of radiolysis. Until now they were investigated mainly by EPR method. Optical absorption spectra (by diffuse reflection spectrophotometry) contribute to better identification and study of changes in time, temperature and diffusion of reactive gases. Studying the formation of stable compounds, which do not produce EPR signal, we are able to examine these species on the basis of their electronic spectra. The most important results concern the peroxides in irradiated polypropylene.  相似文献
